Great to both exfoliate and moisturize the skin, especially those areas that tend to be extra dry, like feet, hands and elbows. Gentle enough to use on your face. 
Directions for use: apply 1 scoop to wet hands or skin, rub in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. Rise in warm water and towel dry. If using in the shower or bath take extra care, as this product can make the bath and floor slippery. Avoid getting water in jar.
